今晚(10日)一集,《吃貨橫掃深圳》繼續走訪深圳多區,帶大家捐窿捐罅尋找特色美食,除了講求品質,最重要的當然是「打卡able」!近年深受港人歡迎的Omakase(廚師發辦),在香港人均消費至少1千港元,不過在內地這間餐廳,只需298元人民幣(下同)便可享用「海膽熱狗」Omakase套餐,8道菜吃盡時令魚產、鮑魚、海膽、鵝肝等名貴食材,價錢平民,被譽為「打工仔都可以月月食」的Omakase!當中重頭戲「海膽熱狗」主打海膽、吞拿魚蓉配紫菜,入口即溶,海膽愛好者更可加99元享用雙倍量海膽,絕對大滿足!

製作組又捐窿捐罅尋找隱世餐廳,當中一座過百年歷史的古老大宅,由原身炮台改建,老闆保留歷史性建築外貌,讓食客用餐時也能全面感受中國懷舊風味。餐廳選址夠特別之餘,fusion菜式同樣創新美味,除了招牌菜黃油烤雞、鰻魚飯、時令蔬菜飯,烤地瓜甜品更利用了不同方法打造出多重口感—將番薯肉焗熟再封乾製成雪糕,番薯皮磨成粉末灑在表面,配以炸番薯絲及真‧番薯葉做裝飾,無論形狀抑或製作過程,均予人大師級感覺。
