11. INTERRUPTION OF TELECASTS

(a) The Station gives no warranty that it will be able to telecast as contemplated by the Booking. In the event of the failure of the telecast facilities for whatsoever reason, including all electrical and mechanical failures, the provisions of paragraph (b) hereof shall apply.

(b) In the case of any telecast being cancelled as required by paragraph (a) above, the Station will in respect of spots and/or Programmes and Material for Programmes, telecast the same as soon as possible thereafter, at a time next best available to be decided by the Station. The Advertiser will accept and pay for such alternative telecasts as if the same had been telecast at the time stated in the Booking.
