10. VARIATIONS FROM TELECAST SCHEDULE

All scheduled telecast times of programmes and spots are subject to changes due to programming exigencies. The Station will do its best to adhere to the scheduled times for telecast but will not give any warranty in respect thereof, and, in particular, will not give any warranty as to the specific telecast time of spots.
