Ltd. in Taiwan, TVB Super Channel (TVBS) is now the unquestioned leader in Taiwan's highly competitive cable TV market, offering a fresh, bold alternative to the four terrestrial television stations.

Viewership :

It now enjoys the highest ratings of any cable TV network in Taiwan, where there are over 90 cable TV channels to choose from. Incorporating broadcasting talent and resources from both Hong Kong and Taiwan, TVBS has found that its unique mix of news, talk shows and a broad range of infotainment programmes has been highly acclaimed by viewers and advertisers alike, making it to be the most popular cable TV network in Taiwan. The combined services of TVBS, TVBS-G and TVBS-N channels regularly capture 30% of all cable viewers in prime time despite of Taiwan's maturing and highly competitive cable market in 1998.
