You may terminate this agreement at any time by immediately discontinuing your use of the TVB Platforms and their applications and destroying all materials obtained from it. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted or performed in full, the use of TVB Platforms and their applications must be terminated immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
