TVB and the Viewing Public Win Television Broadcasts Limited is glad that Hong Kong Cable Television Limited's application for injunction of the four channels that TVB supplies to Galaxy Satellite Broadcasting Limited i.e. TVB Choice, Drama Select, TVB Music and TVB Health has been rejected. The four channels can still be carried on SuperSUN. Regarding the injunction of TVB's version of Jewel in the Palace, the court's decision is of an interim nature, pending the determination by the court or the ruling of the Broadcasting Authority on this matter. TVB is confident that its act has not breached the licensing conditions and it has always acted in good faith with the interest of the viewers in mind. The Company will let viewers know the arrangement for "Jewel in the Palace" as soon as possible. 9 July 2005
